Calling All BIPOC Youth (Ages 15-29) in the Jane-Finch/Black Creek Community!

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference in your community?

We offer hands-on training for youth in urban agriculture, cooking and food preservation, and land stewardship throughout the year. You'll gain facilitation and leadership experience by participating in and developing community-focused programming for our neighbours in the Jane-Finch/Black Creek area.

Cultivate new skills, connect with your community, and make an impact!

Areas of Focus:

Grow Your Own Produce – Learn the essentials of urban farming, from seed planting to harvesting veggies, mushrooms, flowers, and herbs.

Create Your Own Products – Turn your harvest into value-added products like herbal salts, dried teas, sauces, and balms.

Gain Farm Stand Sales Experience – Develop entrepreneurial skills by selling your produce at our farm stand.

Foster Community Connection – Build leadership skills while supporting small workshops for children and seniors in our neighbourhood.
